The location was perfect, a very short walk from the main square. it was down a lovely side street. the roof terrace was great. I enjoyed food and drink up there. the host was really friendly and helpful.

Rashid, the manager, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I got great recommendations for tours. The room was sufficiently big, and the bathroom was clean. The Moroccan tea they served was fantastic. The terrace had a nice view of the medina.

The family room felt a bit shabby for the price. I didn't find a safe in the room. Small things like water bottles were missing.

An oasis of calm in the Medina's heart

My room was a beautiful room. The bed seemed very comfortable and it had soft linens. I slept soundly each night. The staff shined they offered mint tea upon my arrival and were always available. I appreciated the personal attention I got.

The sounds from the Medina are noticeable, so maybe consider earplugs.

The staff assisted with maps on phones. They greeted me with tea. They met me outside to take bags from the taxi and brought them in. They even helped take bags to the taxi when I left.

Ashraf organized an airport pickup service, and the driver was patient. the riad had a lovely rooftop where i could unwind. i received tea and moroccan pastries upon my arrival. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was very attentive. Mohammed greeted me kindly and answered all extra requests. The location nears the Medina. This is very practical. Breakfast was modest and enough.
