a nice stay

helpful staff beautiful courtyard great vibe family feel

the staff was helpful, especially mustafa and the receptionist! they were always available and eager to assist with any questions. the riad surprised me with its beautiful central courtyard as i walked through the entrance located down a side street. the riad has a great vibe, it almost has a 'family' feel to it.

The room i had was quite basic, it was a bit noisy at night. the central location is the cause for that.

the breakfast was excellent, it offered a wide variety of options each day! i appreciated the fresh juices and local pastries, they provided a good start to the morning. the dining area was clean, well kept, and well-lit.

the location offers convenient access to the city's attractions as it is near the buzz of the city. it is only a short walk from the main square and other historical sites. this location also allowed me to easily find places to eat and shop nearby though the area was quiet.

The location was perfect, a very short walk from the main square. it was down a lovely side street. the roof terrace was great. I enjoyed food and drink up there. the host was really friendly and helpful.

Amazing Hospitality and Central Location!!!

friendly staff helpful recommendations clean bathroom

Rashid, the manager, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I got great recommendations for tours. The room was sufficiently big, and the bathroom was clean. The Moroccan tea they served was fantastic. The terrace had a nice view of the medina.

The family room felt a bit shabby for the price. I didn't find a safe in the room. Small things like water bottles were missing.

An oasis of calm in the Medina's heart

My room was a beautiful room. The bed seemed very comfortable and it had soft linens. I slept soundly each night. The staff shined they offered mint tea upon my arrival and were always available. I appreciated the personal attention I got.

The sounds from the Medina are noticeable, so maybe consider earplugs.

The staff assisted with maps on phones. They greeted me with tea. They met me outside to take bags from the taxi and brought them in. They even helped take bags to the taxi when I left.

The location is near the main square. A short walk got me to main attractions. Its proximity to dining and shopping options added convenience. The hotel's position made exploring simple.

attentive staff modest breakfast

The staff was very attentive. Mohammed greeted me kindly and answered all extra requests. The location nears the Medina. This is very practical. Breakfast was modest and enough.

The room was a bit noisy during the night.
